Join us for our monthly Kizzouk Dance Social
No partner required, no dance experience necessary, all are welcome! Come make some new friends, learn some new skills, vibe out to the music and get your dance on!
The next edition is Tuesday, August 26 in the Library at Harry's in the historic Hofheimer Building in Scott's Addition. $10 admission for the social only 9-11pm . Cash accepted at the door with exact change only. OR come early to attend class (1 or both) and pay a discounted rate of $7 for class + social! We start with beginner-friendly open-level classes at 7:30pm for both Urban Kiz and Brazilian Zouk taught by Will & Jennifer, then DJ Camfetti will light up the dance floor til 11pm. This social features 90% music you can dance both Brazilian Zouk and Urban Kiz to with a splash of Latin thrown in for salsa & bachata.

Join us for our weekly practice social on Tuesdays
Joint Urban Kiz & Brazilian Zouk social nearly every Tuesday, usually with a DJ, 8:30-10pm in a private home. DM Jennifer Dançarina on FB or IG (@gritsnroses) for the address.
Admission to the weekly social is included in all progressive training series' offered by Dançarina Events.
We love newbies - your first time is on us! Existing community members can also get a discount on this social by helping us grow! Bring a first-timer and get the social half off (both attendees must be members of the DE RVA WhatsApp Hub to qualify for this discount).

Dançarina Events provides dance training and social dance experiences for BZouk, Urban Kiz and Kizomba, with a focus on training and practice to facilitate the development and growth of technically competent and socially confident dancers.
We also care deeply about growing dance community that is welcoming, respectful and inclusive to people of all identities and backgrounds.
