Admission to the weekly social is included in all progressive training series' offered by Dançarina Events.

Join us for our monthly Kizzouk Dance Social

No partner required, no dance experience necessary, all are welcome! Come make some new friends, learn some new skills, vibe out to the music and get your dance on!

The next edition is Tuesday, June 24 in the Loft at Harry's in the historic Hofheimer Building in Scott's Addition. $8 admission for the social only 9-11pm (save yourself some time and pay advance here). Cash accepted at the door with exact change only. OR come early to attend class (1 or both) and pay a discounted rate of $5 for class + social! We start with beginner-friendly open-level classes for both Brazilian Zouk (7:30-8:15 with Will Russ & Jennifer Dancarina) and Urban Kiz (8:15-9pm with Charlie Devine & Jennifer). Then DJ Devine will light up the dance floor til 11pm with a mixing mostly music for Brazilian Zouk and Urban Kiz dancing with a splash of Latin thrown in for salsa & bachata.

Join us for a special EDM music & dance night

Monday, June 30 8-10:30pm we're at KavaClub with EDM beats mixed all night by DJ Devine.

Come for the Kava, mocktails, vibe out to the music, and dance if you feel inspired to move - solo and partner dancing are both welcome. We'll be dancing BZouk & Urban Kiz of course! Free event, no dance experience needed, family-friendly.

House made specialty kava (a non-alchoholic brew) and delicious craft mocktails will be available for purchase & water will be on hand. Kavaclub is unique in that it is Richmond's only non-alcoholic bar, please support our host venue! Outside food is permitted and there are great spots to grab food nearby. We dance on concrete floors, dance shoes or sneakers are appropriate.
